Suzana founded SUZANA RUTAR Architect Ltd. in 1994 and has grown the firm into one with a positive reputation with both clients and builders in Southern Nevada. Suzana’s experience includes project management for new construction and renovation projects with emphasis on sustainable design and construction principles. With leadership capabilities and knowledge of industry codes and ADA requirements, she will develop, measure, and maintain metrics of construction document processes to ensure standards of practice are upheld.
Suzana graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor in Architecture degree from the University of Arizona and remains involved with the school.
Suzana is licensed as an architect in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and Utah and holds NCARB certification since 2002.

Simona Tamutyte
Architectural Design and Progect Coordinator
Simona joined SUZANA RUTAR Architect in 2006 and has contributed to all facets of the firm since she joined. Having successfully managed commercial and residential projects in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Southern Nevada, Simona brings her attention to detail to any project.
Simona received her Master of Architecture degree at Boston Architectural College in 2010 and is a licensed architect in Nevada.
